The Inn’s iconic hydrangeas begin emerging in late May and color the landscape for the following month before slowly fading back into their natural tones. The Cove Wing paths offer a walk through the bulk of their blooms.

Linden Lawn Seclusion
The Linden Lawn sits far enough from the main house to feel like your own. We began there, with daisies emerging thick along the borders.
Down to the Cove
The Cove sits just off the Linden Lawn, where a short pier runs out over the water as the sea grasses envelop it. The Inn’s grounds meet the Miles River in several secluded pockets like this one, quiet enough for the rest of the property to fall away.
Greenhouse & Gardens
The greenhouse anchors one end of the gardens, its doorway framed by the latest florals to be climbing it that week. From above, the beds and croquet courts resolve into hedged geometry.
A Mallet in Hand
The Inn’s bocce and croquet courts sit between the gardens and add variety to the session.
A Natural Progression
The Inn at Perry Cabin boasts several distinct gardens, which offer a natural flow to an engagement session. We followed the path down to the water’s edge with florals at every turn.
A Stop at Purser’s Pub
